Please note that we accept MasterCard and Visa CREDIT CARDS only--no check cards or debit cards. We also accept American Express.

All shipments are sent direct from the Brewery via UPS. (We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.) Shipping charges include a $2 handling charge per order. Orders are confirmed with an automated response service, so you will receive a copy of your order via email. Orders usually ship the next business day. If we encounter an unusual delay in shipping your order, we will attempt to notify you by telephone or email. This site is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. When you enter your credit card number and personal information into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. This provides a secure shopping environment for you, our valued customer.

Steam Gear Refund Policy
Anchor Brewing Company takes great pride in the quality of the merchandise sold in our Steam Gear online store and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, within 30 days of your order, you are not completely satisfied, your first step should be to email us at info@anchorbrewing.com. Please include your name, order number, the reason for your concern, and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. We will reply with an address to which you may return your merchandise. Please provide us with a tracking number for your returns. All items returned must be in new or like-new condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, in the case of an exchange, we will be happy to ship you the replacement merchandise at no additional shipping charge.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.

If your package was shipped via UPS, please call the UPS help line at 1-800-742-5877 (1-800-PICK-UPS). A UPS customer service representative will ask for the tracking number on the front of the shipping label. They will issue a claim number. You may then notify Anchor Brewing Company or UPS will notify Anchor Brewing Company of the claim number, at which time we will ship a replacement item to you. You will need to keep the damaged merchandise and packaging for at least ten days for UPS inspection.

If your package was shipped via USPS Priority Mail, you will need to bring the entire package to your local post office and follow their instructions. Please provide the order number along with your e-mail address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the box, the packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
